DayJoy Compensation Plan is both powerful and generous and guarantees a maximum payout. DayJoy Marketing provides compelling financial incentives for our Independent Distributors who demonstrate their ability to produce results.

As a DayJoy Independent Distributor, when you sell products to retail customers, you earn the difference between the Distributor Price (DP) at which the products are purchased and the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) at which the products are sold. For example: Every product in the portfolio of DayJoy has a MRP & DP. If a product has a MRP of Rs. 5000/-. DayJoy Independent Distributors can purchase the same product on DP which is Rs. 4000/- and may resell the same product on MRP and earn Rs. 1000/- (i.e 20% profit) on reselling the product. MRP = 5000 BAP = 4000 Retail Profit = MRP – DP Retail Profit = 5000 – 4000 = 1000/- 20% Retail Profit Notes: DP is referred to as Distributor Price MRP is referred to as Maximum Retail Price Retail Profit is not calculated and paid by the company. DayJoy reserves the right to further give a discount on any product below DP. PERFORMANCE INCENTIVE Dayjoy offers a very rewarding performance incentive which is amongst the best in the world. An Independent Distributor has to qualify for getting the performance incentive and is entitled to earn the incentive according to the level qualified. If you are a registered Independent Distributor of DayJoy and introduce more customers / Independent Distributors and these customers / Independent Distributors purchase some products from DayJoy, then on every purchase some special points are generated which are called as Business Volume (BV). For an Independent Distributor, the total BV points generated by him/her and his / her introduced customers / Independent Distributors in a month are called as Accumulated Business Volume (ABV) points. To earn this performance incentive the qualifying level of Business Volume (BV) has to be accumulated. LEVEL BUSINESS VOLUME TURNOVER INCENTIVE % RANK 1) 1 – 3000 BV 5% Independent Distributor 2) 3001 – 15000 BV 7.5% Independent Distributor 3) 15001 – 30000 BV 10% Independent Distributor 4) 30001 – 60000 BV 12.5% Independent Distributor 5) 60001 – 120000 BV 15% Independent Distributor 6)120001 – 160000 BV 17.5% Manager For Example: As an Independent Distributor, your total ABV is 227000 BV, so you are on incentive slab of 17.5%. Your self – purchase in a month = 2000 BV Your income from self purchase = 2000 x 17.5% = Rs. 350/- You have referred 6 teams under your personal enrolled tree: Team A, Team B, Team C, Team D, Team E and Team D. Total purchase of Team A = 25000 BV Your income from Team A = 25000 x (17.5 – 10)% = Rs. 1875/- Total purchase of Team B = 2000 BV Your income from Team B = 2000 x (17.5 – 5)% = Rs. 250/- Total purchase from Team C = 55000 BV Your income from Team C = 55000 x (17.5 – 12.5)% = Rs. 2750/- Total purchase of Team D = 40000 BV Your income from Team D = 40000 x (17.5 – 12.5)% = Rs. 2000/-. Total purchase of Team E = 13000 BV Your income from Team E = 13000 x (17.5 – 7.5)% = Rs. 1300/- Total purchase of Team F = 90000 BV Your income from Team F = 90000 x (17.5 – 15)% = Rs.2250/- Total Performance Incentive for a month = Rs. 350 + Rs. 1875 + Rs. 250 + Rs. 2750 + Rs. 2000 +Rs. 1300 + Rs. 2250 = Rs. 10775/- Notes: Performance Incentive is calculated and paid on a monthly basis. Closing Period: Performance Incentive is calculated on the Business done between 1st & last day of every month. Payout Period: Performance Incentive is paid on 7th day of every corresponding month of the closing month. No time limit for achieving any level. The level once achieved remains the same irrespective of business achieved in corresponding months. Active Business is calculated after all cancellations and refunds deducted from the current payout period. The company reserves the right to Performance Incentive. LEADERSHIP LEVELS:- An Independent Distributor can rise through the Compensation Plan by increasing the sales of Products. In DayJoy Compensation Plan, an Independent Distributor achieves a Leadership Level on the basis of certain businesses in his / her team. When an Independent Distributor achieves a Leadership Level, DayJoy Compensation Plan rewards him/her with an increase in incentive slab for Performance Incentive. Below mentioned is the Qualification Criteria of Leadership Levels along with the Performance Incentive slabs. When an Independent Distributor achieves the Leadership Level of Additional Senior Director (ASD), DayJoy Compensation Plan rewards such as Independent Distributors with Travel Fund. For this Dayjoy Compensation Plan contributes 1% of the Company’s total BV turnover in a particular calendar month. The travel fund is paid to all the Additional Senior Directors and above Leadership Level achievers as mentioned below: S.NO LEADERSHIP LEVEL TRAVEL FUND (Per Month) 1) Additional Senior Director Upto Rs. 15000/- 2) Chief Senior Director Upto Rs. 25000/- 3) Executive Senior Director Upto Rs. 40000/- 4) Vice President Upto Rs. 50000/- 5) Additional Vice President Upto Rs. 60000/- 6) Executive Vice President Upto Rs. 70000/- 7) Senior Vice President Upto Rs. 80000/- 8) President Upto Rs. 90000/- NOTES:- Travel Fund is paid to the Independent Distributors on a monthly basis. Closing period = Travel Fund is calculated on business done between 1st and last day of every month. Payout period = Travel Fund is paid on 7th day of every corresponding month of every closing month. Once an Independent Distributor has qualified for Travel Fund can enjoy Travel Fund Continuously for a lifetime. The company reserves the right to change/amend the Travel Fund. Active Business is calculated after all cancellations and refunds deducted from the current payout period. CAR FUND:- To encourage a distributor to achieve his dream of owning a luxury car, DayJoy has made a provision of Car Fund for the Independent Distributors who have to achieve the Leadership Level of Vice President. To give away this Car Fund, Company allocates a special fund of 1% of the Company’s total BV turnover in a particular calendar month. Car fund is paid to all the Vice Presidents and above Leadership Level achievers as mentioned below: S.NO LEADERSHIP LEVEL CAR FUND (Per Month) 1) Vice President Upto Rs. 50,000/- 2) Additional Vice President Upto Rs. 75,000/- 3) Executive Vice President Upto Rs. 1,00,000/- 4) Senior Vice President Upto Rs. 1,50,000/- 5) President Upto Rs. 2,00,000/- NOTES:- Car Fund is paid to the Independent Distributors on a monthly basis. Closing period = Car Fund is calculated on business done between 1st and last day of every month. Payout period = Car Fund is paid on 7th day of every corresponding month of every closing month. An Independent Distributor qualifying for Car Fund has to purchase Car after getting approval from the company. Once an Independent Distributor has qualified for Car Fund can enjoy Car Fund Continuously for a lifetime. The company reserves the right to change/amend the Car Fund. Active Business is calculated after all cancellations and refunds deducted from the current payout period. HOUSE FUND:- To encourage an Independent Distributor to achieve his dream of owning a valuable and comfortable house, DayJoy has made a provision of House Fund for the Independent Distributors who have achieved the Leadership Level of Vice President. To give away this House Fund company allocates a special fund of 1% of the Company’s total BV turnover in a particular calendar month and pays the allocated amount equally to all the House Fund achievers. NOTES:- House Fund is paid to the Independent Distributors on a monthly basis. The closing period = House Fund is calculated on business is done between 1st and last day of every month. Payout period = House Fund is paid on 7th day of every corresponding month of every closing month. An Independent Distributor qualifying for House Fund has to purchase House after getting approval from the company. Once an Independent Distributor has qualified for House Fund can enjoy House Fund Continuously for a lifetime. The company reserves the right to change/amend the House Fund. Active Business is calculated after all cancellations and refunds deducted from the current payout period. LEADERSHIP INCENTIVE:- Leadership is a skill encompassing the ability of an individual to guide other individuals to achieve a goal and a leader is one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way to achieve that goal. To encourage this leadership and further reward the Independent Distributors when they achieve the Leadership Level of Vice President and above, DayJoy Compensation Plan rewards them with Leadership Incentive. Leadership Incentive is calculated and paid to the Independent Distributor on the basis of the Company’s annual BV turnover & the Leadership Levels they have received and equally distributes the allocated amount among all the same rank achievers as mentioned below: S.NO LEADERSHIP LEVEL LEADERSHIP INCENTIVE:- 1) Vice President 1% of annual BV turnover 2) Additional Vice President 2% of annual BV turnover 3) Executive Vice President 3% of annual BV turnover 4) Senior Vice President 4% of annual BV turnover 5) President 5% of annual BV turnover LIFESTYLE INCENTIVE:- Living life with a lavish lifestyle means having the best of anything. DayJoy Compensation Plan helps its Independent Distributors to fulfill their desire to live a lavish lifestyle in the lap of luxury by rewarding them with Lifestyle Incentive. When an Independent Distributor achieves the Leadership Level of Senior Vice President, DayJoy Compensation Plan rewards him/her with Lifestyle Incentive. To give away this Lifestyle Incentive, the company allocates a special fund of 1% company’s monthly BV turnover and pays the allocated amount to all the lifestyle Incentive achievers equally. SUPREME INCENTIVE:- Supreme Incentive is the highest category of Incentive to be rewarded to the Independent Distributors who have achieved the Leadership Level of President providing the maximum benefit to the company. To give away this Supreme Incentive, DayJoy Compensation Plan allocates the special fund of 1% company’s monthly BV turnover and pays the allocated amount to all the Supreme Incentive achievers equally. BUSINESS MATCHING INCENTIVE:- DayJoy has devised a unique incentive plan wherein an Independent Distributor can earn by transacting in exclusive products. The sale of these exclusive products in a team generates special points called Point Value (PV). To start earning Business Matching Incentive, Independent Distributors need 2 Business teams – Left Team and Right Team. Business Matching Incentive is calculated and paid to the Independent Distributors based on successfully building Point Value sales within the placement tree. As your team begins to grow you are entitled to earn 10% Business Matching Incentive based on the total Point Value (PV) generated in the weaker group. For Example: When an Independent Distributor is able to recommend sales of 5000 PV in Left Team and 10000 PV sales in Right Team or vice versa in the ratio of 1:2 or 2:1, it makes 1 Business Matching Incentive point and makes him/her eligible to earn 10% of business matched as Business Matching Incentive. Further, DayJoy Compensation Plan rewards Independent Distributors with each Business Matching Incentive point on matching of 5000 PV in both teams in the ratio of 1:1. NOTES:- Business Matching Incentive is calculated on a daily basis and paid on a weekly basis. The maximum threshold limit for earning a Business Matching Incentive per day is Rs. 2,500/-. Active Business is calculated after all cancellations and refunds deducted from the current payout period. The company reserves the right to change/modify the Business Matching Incentive. MENTORSHIP INCENTIVE:- Mentorship is a relationship in which a more experienced person guides a less experienced person or group of people. DayJoy Compensation Plan truly rewards the Mentorship efforts done by its Independent Distributors. To encourage this Mentorship and further reward the Independent Distributors for their sales and their downline organizational sales, DayJoy Compensation Plan rewards its Independent Distributors with 100% of Business Matching Incentive paid to their directly sponsored Independent Distributors as Leadership Bonus. For Example:- There are 10 directly sponsored Independent Distributors and all of them have reached the daily maximum threshold limit of earning Business Matching Incentive. Then, your Mentorship Incentive will be as: No. of Directs – 10 Maximum Threshold Limit – 2500 Total Earning – 10 * 2500 – 25000/- Monthly Earning – 25000 * 30 – 7,50,000/- NOTES:- Mentorship Incentive is calculated on a weekly basis. Mentorship Incentive is paid to Independent Distributors on every 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th day of every month along with Mentorship Incentive. The company reserves the right to change/amend the Mentorship Incentive. Active Business is calculated after all cancellations and refunds deducted from the current payout period. PERFORMANCE REWARDS:- DayJoy Compensation Plan appreciates the hard work done by the Independent Distributors in promoting sales in the form of Performance Rewards. Independent Distributors can earn Performance rewards on the level of Business they have achieved. For more details on Performance rewards.
